Galvanized steel pipe installation steps

1. Broken pipe: According to the on-site survey and mapping sketch, draw a line on the selected pipe, and break the pipe according to the line.
a. To cut the pipe with a grinding wheel, place the pipe on the caliper of the grinding wheel saw, align it with the drawn line, and then cut the pipe. When the pipe is broken, the pressure on the handle should be even and not use too much force. After the pipe is broken, the iron film and burrs on the section of the pipe should be removed and cleaned.
b. To cut the pipe by hand, fix the pipe in the pressure clamp of the pressure table, align the saw blade with the drawn line, and push the saw with both hands, the saw blade should be kept straight with the axis of the pipe, the force of the push-pull saw should be uniform, and the saw edge should be sawed, After all, it should not be twisted or broken to prevent the deformation of the nozzle section.

2. Threading: Thread the broken pipe according to the size of the pipe diameter. Generally, the pipe diameter is 15-32mm for 2 times, 40-50mm for 3 times, and 70mm or more for 3 times. -4 times is appropriate.
a. Use the threading machine to thread, clamp the pipe on the chuck of the threading machine, leave an appropriate length to clamp the chuck, align the number of the plate sleeve, install the die, and align the correct position of the scale according to the diameter of the pipe. Hold the fixed trigger tightly, align the lubricant tube with the thread head, turn on the push plate, and gently release the trigger when the thread buckle is set to the proper length.
b. Use the craft threading plate to thread, first loosen the fixed trigger, return the threading plate to zero degrees, install the die according to the sequence number, align the plate to the required scale, tighten the fixed trigger, and place the pipe on the In the pressure pliers, set aside an appropriate length for clamping, and quietly insert the threading plate into the pipe to make it tight enough, then push the threading plate with both hands, put on 2-3 buttons, and then stand to the side to pull the threading plate, The force should be uniform. When the thread is about to be set, release the trigger quietly, start the machine and withdraw the plate, and insist that the thread should have a taper.

3. Fitting pipe fittings: Fitting pipe fittings with threaded pipes according to on-site surveying and mapping sketches.
a. When assembling the pipe fittings, bring the required pipe fittings into the pipe thread, test the tightness (generally, it is advisable to bring 3 buttons by hand), apply lead oil to the thread, wrap the hemp and bring it into the pipe fitting, and then use Use the pipe wrench to tighten the pipe fittings so that 2-3 buttons are exposed, remove the hemp head, wipe the lead oil, and place the number in the proper position to wait for straightening.
b. Select the appropriate pipe wrench according to the size of the pipe diameter of the fittings

4. Straightening the pipe section: Straightening the pipe section with the pipe fittings installed before installation.
a. Apply lead oil to the thread of the pipe section where the pipe fittings are installed, and connect two or several sections. When connecting, you should not only pay attention to the direction of the reserved port but also take care of the tortuosity of the pipe. After aligning with each other, turn in the direction of the reserved port. Get to the right spot and stick to decency.
b. After the pipe sections are connected, before straightening, it is necessary to check whether the pipe diameter, the direction of the reserved port, and the reducing position are correct according to the planning drawings.
c. The straightening of the pipe section should be placed on the pipe adjustment frame or the pipe adjustment platform. Generally, two people are suitable for operation, one person visually inspects the end of the pipe section, and the other person hits the twists and turns with a hammer. Straighten the pipe section without bending and stop, and mark the mark at the connection point of the two pipe sections, remove one or several sections, and then connect another section or several sections until the adjustment is completed and stopped.
d. For pipes with excessively bent or large diameter pipes at the joints of pipe sections, ovens or gas welding can be used to heat the pipes to 600-800℃ (fire red), put them on the pipe rack and roll the pipes continuously, and use the weight of the pipes to make them. Straighten, or use a wooden pad to lightly hit the heating place with a hammer to straighten it. After straightening, it should be rolled continuously before cooling. When the temperature is just right, apply the oil to the heating place. Any thread that is straightened by heating must be marked with a mark, removed and re-coated with lead oil and wrapped with hemp, and then the pipe section is aligned with the mark and tightened.
e. When the pipe section of the valve is assembled, the valve cover should be removed first when straightening, and the valve should be cushioned before hitting to prevent the valve body from being shattered.
f. Galvanized carbon steel pipes are not allowed to be straightened by heating.
g. Do not damage the pipe section when straightening it.
