Working principle and details of wear-resistant steel pipe

Working principle of wear-resistant steel pipe: Abrasive wear is the most serious form of wear among all kinds of wear. Its essence is the result of the cutting or chiseling effect of hard abrasive grains on the metal surface. The abrasive particles penetrate the metal surface to produce plastic deformation and wear marks until the metal surface is worn away, developed by our company. It fundamentally solves coal, oil, air, ash, and other accidents that occur during coal crushing, coal grinding, powder feeding, and other equipment in power stations, mining, and other industries.

Characteristics of wear-resistant steel pipes: High-strength rare earth wear-resistant steel has the following characteristics:
1. The material has good flow properties, so it is suitable for casting more complex workpieces.
2. The material has good machining properties after annealing and has small deformation after quenching and tempering.
3. The service life of this material is 3-5 times that of the original domestic materials.
4. Hardness HRC≥42, and good process weldability.

Scope of use of wear-resistant steel pipes: This material is widely used in wear-resistant accessories such as coal transportation, pulverization, and powder transportation in boiler systems, such as MPS (RP, HP) and other medium-speed coal grinding roller sleeves, linings, and coal drop pipes, cone buckets, elbows, straight pipes, ash slag, slurry pump accessories, liners, and other wear-resistant parts.
