A protective atmosphere solution treatment process can restore the corrosion resistance affected by processing, while simultaneously achieving the required hardness to ensure optimal performance. 1. Eliminating the modification phenomena during processing, reducing the hardness of stainless steel to below 220 HV, improving its plasticity and toughness, making installation easier and safer.

3. Removing the magnetism generated during processing and stabilizing the austenitic structure.
