What is the difference between stainless steel pipe fittings, welded pipe fittings, and seamless pipe fittings

1. Different pressure bearing capacity:
The working pressure that welded steel pipe fittings can generally withstand is within 20 kg, which is the safest range of use. It is generally used for low-pressure fluids such as water, gas, and compressed air; seamless steel pipe fittings can withstand ultra-high pressure, and of course, its wall thickness will increase accordingly, which needs to be designed according to pressure requirements. It is generally used in high-temperature and high-pressure equipment such as high-pressure oil pipes and boiler pipes. There are also seamless steel pipe fittings for structural use, which depends on the design requirements.

2. Different processing forms:
Welded steel pipe fittings and seamless steel pipe fittings are divided according to the processing form. Welded steel pipe fittings are generally welded; seamless steel pipe fittings have two methods: cold drawing and hot rolling.
